Lime’s mission is to bring every trader and investor flexible, useful tools no matter their scale or strategy. From trading platforms and APIs, to trade analysis for passive investors, we have something for everyone. Lime was founded by traders, for traders on the belief the best shouldn’t be kept only for the big banks on Wall Street. Over 20 years later, Lime hasn’t slowed down and is actively developing new products and tools to empower traders and investors alike to take control over their tech stack and fiscal holdings.

In the spirit of our founding, Lime’s looking for Product Managers that will not only advocate for our users, but ideate and develop best-in-class products and services to enrich the way they manage their portfolios. With exciting industry-first products coming to market soon, there’s no time like the present to come along for the ride.

Here are a few of the ideas we had on what you would do with Lime as a Product Manager:

Analyze data and metrics to determine a product’s success and projected growth as it heads to market while also analyzing the opportunity for your product’s efficacy and ability to garner market share as its owner.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to not only lead yet inspire your peers and team
Ability to prioritize and juggle tasks based on business needs
Oversee developers and testers ensuring timeframes and quality are met
Develop business processes and procedures to enhance business efficiency
Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
Perform quality assurance and draw business-relevant conclusions
Develop relationships with partners to optimize and enhance integration
Improve monitoring, discover issues and create visualization techniques
Eager to familiarize yourself with our target market and company vision
Foster an environment of empowerment, accountability, and positivity

Fully remote, with flexible hours and locality
Preferred experience in day trading, options trading, APIs, investments, technology, or personal finance industry
Working knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and content distribution means
Based in United States, EST time zone preferred

Conduct market research and analysis to define your product’s vision, features, lifecycle, and acquisition plans based on your deep understanding of the target user group.

Bring the Lime brand to life through content and outreach –you believe people deserve the best and you want to help communicate the benefits of partnering with Lime thru developing communications to bring our mission to life for your respective product.

Collaborate with business owners and developers to ideate and hone new products, features, and business lines, as required, to be truly competitive, edgy, and –most importantly–advantageous to the end user.

Educate the industry as they grow. We have a broad continuum of offerings for everyone and connection is key. You will help connect the public with what they need to make an informed decision with their trading and investing.

Establish, measure, and track core business KPIs for your product and its user base to define success.
