Limex API Contest Official Terms & Conditions - United States Only
1. Eligibility:
- The Limex API Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of Limex are not eligible to participate.
2. Contest Period:
- The contest begins on July 24th, 2023 and ends on September 30th, 2023 ("Contest Period"). All entries will be judged by October 2nd, 2023.
3. How to Enter:
- Visit https://info.limex.me/api-trading_contest and follow the instructions to complete the entry form to sign up and all entries must be submitted during the Contest Period.
4. Winner Selection:
- The winner will be selected based on the potential market impact of the pitch and the level of innovation presented to the judges. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
5. Winner Notification:
- The winner will be notified via email within 5 business days after the contest's conclusion. The winner must respond to the notification within 5 business days to claim the prize. Failure to claim the prize within the specified time will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
6. General Conditions:
- Limex reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time for any reason. Participants agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating, entrants grant Limex the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability:
- Limex is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. Participants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay, or misdirection of entries. Limex is not liable for any damages or injuries that may arise from participation in the contest or the use of the prize.
8. Privacy:
- Personal information collected during the contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and will not be shared with third parties.
9. Governing Law:
- The contest is governed by and subject to the laws of the state where the winner is domiciled within the United States.
